It is so nice to see so many old names and so many great achievements! After graduating I got my B.A. in Political Science, International Relations, and later on my Juris Doctorate in Law at UCLA. I have never moved away from this area. I still drive by Roosevelt elementary, Lincoln, and Samo on a regular basis. It certainly brings back lots of fond memories. I live in Marina Del Rey and practice law.... but I REALLY LIVE to travel. I still see some old friends from SAMO and bump into quite a few here and there. I will always wish the best for all of you... my dear friends from childhood.

Hmm... What have I been up to? I got my BA from UCSC in 1994, got married in 1996, and now am back in Southern California working on a Master's degree in musicology at CSULB. I'm also working part time at McKinley elementary school. I guess that's about it.

After living 8 years in Japan, I decided to come back to California and moved to Santa Barbara. I recently graduated from UCLA's executive MBA program and launched my own consulting company Dekka-Tek. Otherwise I am enjoying life and hope that all of you are doing well.

After Samo I went to school in Arizona, initially at trade school for automotive systems, and then at ASU for Engineering. After returning to California from school, I have been working in the Computer Software industry and am currently working with RedBox Technologies in Silicon Valley. I'm in the middle of my second term as President of the Junior Democratic Party (Calif. Young Dems) and am charged with turning out the 14-35 year-old vote for Al Gore in CA. After helping Nintendo of America bring Pokemon to the US (yeah, I know), I packed my bags and joined the Sony PlayStation team in July.

We are living in the Detroit area. I am working for Ford Motor Company as the Lead Electrical Engineer on the Ford GT - The First American Supercar. Graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo '95 with a B.S. in Ecology. I'm currently teaching 7th grade science, for my third year in a really small town on the central coast. This year my wife (Becky) and I where blessed with our first child, Emma. Emma was born July 15, 1999. Things do change when you leave SAMO, and I would have to say they have only gotten better. It's hard to believe that 10 years have passed in what seems to be the blink of an eye...and yet a lifetime ago. Shortly after graduation, I left sunny Santa Monica for a change of pace (a.k.a. the east coast), attending Boston University where I received a B.S. in journalism and then moving to New York where I got an M.A. in journalism at NYU. I'm now working as the senior health editor at Cosmopolitan magazine. Although I do miss SM (especially during those notoriously chilly New York winters), my heart and home are here. Let me begin by saying it is great to read about what everyone has been up to since 1990! A lot of familiar names. After graduating from Samohi, I received a B.A. in Film from U.C.S.B. I later moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina where I lived and worked for 3 years. Upon returning to the States I began working in Hollywood on various film and television projects, including the television series "Malcolm In The Middle". My beautiful wife Laura and I are going on our 6th year of marriage. Laura is from Argentina, but I actually met her in college at U.C.S.B. We are now currently living in Portland, Oregon where I am continuing to pursue film/television projects. Glad to be out of L.A.! We just had our first child, a beautiful girl named Sophia, a little over 4 months ago. I hope you all are doing well!

For you John Adams alums, you might want to know that my dad retired as principal in 2002 and is currently enjoying a 19 day cruise to South America with my mom (who retired from teaching last June). What a long strange trip it has been...After, I graduated I traveled all around the U.S. Landed in Eugene, Oregon...opened an espresso shop...become very involved in many art performances and shows...I am currently working on a degree in Computer Science minor Marine Biology. I still have that old Volkswagen, after traveling around the U.S. it started to get a little shabby, though I have kept the van and have restored it back to its original beautiful form. Hi everyone! A lot has changed since Samohi. I graduated with a BA in Film Production from Cal State Northridge. I thought I wanted to be a producer, but after my first TV show it was then I truly found where I belong and that was in the Wardrobe Department. I have worked on movies such as Man on the Moon, Wild Wild West, The Cell, and just finished the up-coming "Ali" feature with Will Smith. I also have styled my own Print-Ad's and do Music Videos as well and absolutely love what I do. I live in Brentwood, am not married yet but I have a great boyfriend. I am still playing soccer (the older you get, the harder it is!)and life has turned out to be spiritually good. Hello all, I graduated with a degree in journalism in 1996 and I'm now a reporter for a daily newspaper in the Bay Area. Shortly after graduating from college, I married a wonderful man. I was a reporter at a newspaper in the Lake Tahoe area before my husband and I moved to the Bay Area.

Graduated from Linfield College in 1994. Got married after graduation. Worked in Oregon for two years before moving back to California. Now working as a television news producer at KGTV (ABC Affiliate) in San Diego and living happily ever after.

Currently working for Westfield Corporation in West LA as a senior accountant. Just working and having fun at the same time.

What can I say, I am doing well. I got lucky a few years ago and won the California State Lottery. I am loaded, but I'll never forget where I came from. I currently live in Manhattan and work as a casting director for On-Broadway productions and I also buy vacant buildings and donate them to various independent art museums throughout the city. While things are great for me I was sad to hear about the untimely demise of my two buddies at Samo; Alex Dyer and Gregg Ayala. I recently just found out that they both drowned trying to save a young girl who was trapped at the bottom of a river in a wrecked vehicle somewhere in Northern California. We hung out all the time back then. I remember Gregg as a funny sweet guy who always let me copy his homework and never hesitated to hook me up with bus fair despite the fact that we all had no money; Alex left a lasting impression on me still to this day. I remember riding the bus one day he got up from his seat and let an elderly l! ady have his seat. He was always doing stuff like that. He always went out of his way to make people happy. I thought he was weird but years later I would understand. I am doing great but I will always miss my buds. R.I.P. my dear friends, I'll see you in about 70 years. I am back in San Francisco, after graduating from SFSU in '96 with a B.A. in Psychology-I should really think about using that someday... I spent a few years in New York City and loved it, but I returned to this area to "settle down". I got married in Malta (get our 'yer maps!) in 2003 and am hoping to get knocked up soon! ;)

I've been married almost 7 years now to Francisco Fuentes. I taught elementary school for LAUSD for six years and am currently a stay at home mom to our wonderful son Diego born 11-12-03. We are expecting our 2nd in August. I plan to go back to teaching when the kids go to school. Although it seems like it was so long ago- I had a great time at the 10 year reunion.

I got married to Scott Shields in November of 2003. We are living in Hermosa Beach and have a cat. We both work in feature film, and are trying to get a few of our own projects off the ground. What a year it has been. I left KIIS and Ryan Seacrest in April and moved to the Cayman Islands to host and produce my own morning show. I am now back in L.A. and am in search of my next challenge.
